A company of seekers is rising. They are welcoming God’s presence and glory into their houses not because of the His benefits, but because they simply love to be with Him. They understand and appreciate the connection of their soul and spirit with the Holy Spirit, they hold this connection to be more dear to their heart than the benefits that tag along with the glory of God (signs, wonders, financial prosperity, approval of men and women, and emotional highs).

Imagine this: a husband travels frequently and when he comes home, he always brings his wife and children gifts. It was a promise he made to them when he took the job that required travel. Initially, he used to come home to warm embraces, and kisses. Wonder would fill the eyes of his family as they asked him about his trip and how everything went, and love filled his eyes as he heard how things were at home while he was gone.

Several trips later, a few months down the road, the husband has found that the welcome home that was once warm has now become cold. The hugs have become shorter, the stories almost non-existent, and most recently the wife and children are more interested in the gifts that he bears than they are in the fact that he is home.

This is what the Holy Spirit is saying has happened, there is a company of people who have forgotten their first love, they have become entranced by the gifts of God, and have forgotten the ‘heart of the matter’. The Holy Spirit is saying that they will not enter into the true promise land, for they have reaped their earthy rewards, and have done so with ‘uncircumcised hearts’. Platforms are crumbling for those who will not bring themselves low before the Lord.

There lies waiting in the wilderness a company of people that span several generations, both male and female whose hearts have been circumcised. They seek only the presence of God. The seek to please and to love the Lord their God will all their hearts, minds and souls. They care nothing for the approval of man, for material goods, and will follow and obey the Lord in TRUTH and in PURITY. Their sound will be UNUSUAL and it will send CONFUSION into the camp of the enemy!

Micah 2

Woe to those who devise wickedness
    and work evil on their beds!
When the morning dawns, they perform it,
    because it is in the power of their hand.
They covet fields and seize them,
    and houses, and take them away;
they oppress a man and his house,
    a man and his inheritance.
Therefore thus says the Lord:
behold, against this family I am devising disaster,
    from which you cannot remove your necks,
and you shall not walk haughtily,
    for it will be a time of disaster.
In that day they shall take up a taunt song against you
    and moan bitterly,
and say, “We are utterly ruined;
    he changes the portion of my people;
how he removes it from me!
    To an apostate he allots our fields.”
Therefore you will have none to cast the line by lot
    in the assembly of the Lord.

“Do not preach”—thus they preach—
    “one should not preach of such things;
    disgrace will not overtake us.”
Should this be said, O house of Jacob?
    Has the Lord grown impatient?[b]
    Are these his deeds?
Do not my words do good
    to him who walks uprightly?
But lately my people have risen up as an enemy;
you strip the rich robe from those who pass by trustingly
    with no thought of war.
The women of my people you drive out
    from their delightful houses;
from their young children you take away
    my splendor forever.
10 Arise and go,
    for this is no place to rest,
because of uncleanness that destroys
    with a grievous destruction.
11 If a man should go about and utter wind and lies,
    saying, “I will preach to you of wine and strong drink,”
    he would be the preacher for this people!
12 I will surely assemble all of you, O Jacob;
    I will gather the remnant of Israel;
I will set them together
    like sheep in a fold,
like a flock in its pasture,
    a noisy multitude of men.
13 He who opens the breach goes up before them;
    they break through and pass the gate,
    going out by it.
Their king passes on before them,
    the Lord at their head.
